haii been a while since i blogged here...bz sgt ntah apa lah yg bz sgt ye hehehe but I will try to get on as i could. Tengok Umi kal rajin sungguh blogging walaupun sibuk ye kak.
Lots have happen since last i blogged so backtrack skit ok hehe. Some pix of us masa balik Sg masa raya aritu. Was glad to be home and meet family and friends especially to meet my dad. Sempat pulak tu dari Singapura lepas tu ker Segamat then ke Melaka then ke KL. Tak cukup tu sempat pulak ker Batam haha. Macam lama sgt I kat sana padahal was there about 17 days! Tapi alang2 dah kesana tu apa lagi merayap sakan lah kan hehe.
IT was great to be able to beraya there again. Suasana beraya meriah sungguh bersama sanak saudara.

Main Snow

Kami pergi ke Cradle Mountain over the weekend n stay kat cabin di sana. Takde pun prior planning,impromptu.. Friday tu call the cabins and see if ada kosong...nasib kami ada vacancy so book lah ..pulak tu snow..hai untung nyer badan...
Seronok cam budak2 gak main salji ni lagi permandangan indah..we saw a wallaby and a possum masa kat sana. Dah berapa kali melihat wild animals ni pun masih rasa excited gitu hehe.
Feel so blessed to be able to enjoy God's creations. Alhamdulillah.

Sabtu lepas our fuse box blew up...so kegelapan lah untuk a few hours while the electrician replace a new box. So sementara tu..apa lagi amik pic lah haha..pantang aje!!

2 minggu yg lepas baru saja sambut Harijadi anak ketiga Za...Lleyton yg menyambut ulang tahun nyer yg ke 6.
Cepat sungguh masa berlalu dlm sekelip mata dah 6 thn pun dia. Za buat lah sedikit barang2 untuk besday dia ni....invitation cards, headbands, masks, burung di buat dari toilet rolls hehe dan juga piniata alligator. Since the theme is Jungle Fun most barang2 tu pun bertema animals juga .Barang2 ni senang juga di buat jika ada masa ..rasa puas hati sebab buat sendiri kan so it has that personal touch which made it very special.

Anak pertama..mmg cucuk lah dinamakan Alif dan Fathin bermakna charming, captivating. Walaupun nama Fathin ramai yg gunakan untuk anak perempuan namun Za berkenan sungguh nama ini kerana ada kelembutan nya dan alhamdulillah..Alif mmg pelembut dan baik hati orangnyer..penyayang dan mendengar kata.Also very friendly dan ramai kawan.
Nur Amirah Atiqah
Ini lah sorang puteri Za..dan kener benar makna Amirah adalah ratu/puteri. She acts like one too  Dan kerana she's a girl in a man's world nama Atiqah diberi nama yg bermakna pemurah dan berani menegakkan keadilan. I hope she is going to be a strong woman when she grows up. And that she is as a teenager now . A little bit of a tomboyish, act tough at times tapi deep in her heart she is still mum's lil princess and need attention walaupun cut kat jari tu sikit aja..alahhhaiiii
Muhammad Lleyton Yusuf
Masa Za mengandungkan si Lleyton ni..berkenan sgt kat si Lleyton Hewitt tu pemain tennis dari Oz hehe so setelah checking the names semua dan suami pun setuju berilah nama ni yg bermakna boy from the meadow...kira budak kampung lah eh dan Yusuf nama yg baik, juga nama ayah Za.Sensitif skit dia ni tapi baik hati dan pelembut.

Nama Jamiel biasa lah kan nama islam bermakna kacak tapi ejaan aja berlainan kerana nama ayah dia Jamie..so ayah dia berkenaan sgt nama ni. Amat exotic nama tu kat sini konon nyer lah tapi biasa aja nama melayu kan.Jayden pula makna nyer God has heard and I really like the name too. Yg ni maklumlah yg kecik so nakal sikit. Very michief suka kacau his siblings tapi very adorable.

Mole Creek cave

A few weeks ago we went to this little town Mole Creek Karst National Park which is abt 90 mins drive from our place.There are 2 caves there:- the Marakoopa Cave and King Solomon Cave.
(Tasmania's only underground national park protects a region of deep limestone caves with spectacular formations of stalactites, stalagmites and columns, glow worm displays, subterranean streams and cathedral caverns.The town was named, with little imagination, after a nearby creek which, because the area is predominantly limestone, disappears underground "like a mole". Marakoopa Cave is 11 km from Mole Creek in the foothills of Western Bluff which is 1,420 metres high. It is near the tiny settlement of Mayberry. The cave, supposedly named after an Aboriginal word meaning "handsome", is characterised by a superb glow worm display (which is worth the effort). Visitors to the cave enter a section which is 457 metres long and which has been carved out by two underground streams. There are two tours. The "Underground Rivers and Glow Worms" which is an easy tour catering for all age groups and levels of fitness and the "Cathedral, Gardens and Glow Worms" which requires a reasonable level of fitness.King Solomon Cave is 16 km west of Mole Creek and although only 228 metres are open to the public its main features are a large single cavern and some very fine and delicate limestone formations -)
It was an amazing experience for us and the kids love it too. I am surprise the little ones weren't spooked with the darkness especially when we have to be in total darkness to see the glow worm. That was spectacular as one after another, they sparkle and glow like little stars in the sky. The formation of stalactites, stalagmites and columns took ages to form , some up to millions of years. Choc-centre muffins

I tried this new recipe of Choc-centre muffins in one of my Fast Cakes book. And i have to say its one of the most delish muffins I have ever made..not counting those instant ones hehe.I packed some for kids and hubbys lunch too.Bet, when they come home they will ask for more.
So I thot I would share wif u guys the recipe. Do try it , I promise u will love it.
CHOC-CENTRE MUFFINS
2 cups self raising flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
120gm grated milk chocolate
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
80gm butter - melted
1 cup sour cream
100gm dark choc - cut into squares
2 tbsp choc bits
1. Preheat oven 180c. Brush melted butter or oil into muffin cups
2. Place flour,sugar,grated chocs, eggs,essence,melted butter n sour cream in mixing bowl. Using electric beaters, beat 1 min on low speed till just combined. Beat on high speed 1 min. ( I just mix using a wooden spoon..cant be bothered to take the mixer out hehe)
3.Spoon half mixture in muffin cups. Place a piece of square choc in the centre of each, top wif remaining mixture.
4.Press choc bits onto top of each muffins. Bake 15-20 mins or til puffed n lightly browned.Serve warm for the melted chocs centre.( but cold is nice too)

aha...shake ni my fav nowadays. A fren told me camner nak buat.Its a Minang drink they serve in restaurants over in Malaysia. Sedap sgt uuuuu sekali i try terus hooked. Meh lah cuba buat sonang jer.
Avacado, milk n skit brown sugar blend or pakai hand blender pun boleh. Add milk ikut lah how thick u want it to be. Biler dah mix well add some melted chocs and swirl lah...aduhhh sedap weyy!
